With a heavy heart, we must announce that we are temporarily shutting down our operations in Germany (the shop itself will remain online for the time being).

Unfortunately, we were unable to make the shop profitable enough to continue operating sustainably in the German market.

How did this happen?

The combination of low margins on most of our figures and the already high final prices in Germany—driven by EU VAT regulations—often makes it cheaper for customers to order directly from Japan and pay for shipping than to order within the EU, even with taxes applied in both cases.

Additionally, we were unable to secure sufficient credit options in Germany, which made scaling a broad catalog like ours extremely difficult.

At this point, we want to extend a special thank you for every order in the NSFW, Dakimakura, Poster, Playmat, and YGO categories. Your support in these areas is what allowed us to keep going for as long as we did—each of those orders truly pushed us forward 🫶

What happens to open pre-orders?

All pre-orders will still be delivered or refunded. Whether our wholesaler will still provide us with all the pre-order figures will be clarified by mid-February, after which we will be able to say more once the insolvency administrator is on board.

If any product appears to be missing, please reach out to us at any time, and we’ll take care of it.

If we ever need to cancel a product, we will contact you directly using the email address from your order.

How long will the shop stay online?

We will continue to offer and sell through all current in-stock inventory. Some items may be discounted individually, but a shop-wide sale is not planned at this time.

What comes next?

We have plans for the future and are excited for everyone who will still be with us when we should return.
