How does payment work for pre-orders (discount)?

Pay immediately and get 2% discount on all pre-orders OR pay 1–2 weeks before release at full price.

Are pre-orders cancellable?

Cancellable at any time (in case of repeated cancellations we may have to decline future pre-orders).

Can I choose whether everything is shipped together or separately?

You decide for yourself whether your order is shipped together or individually (immediately after the release of each product). In-stock items are shipped separately, while all individual pre-order items are shipped after their release. Small items such as snacks, single cards, or our free Waifu Deck are usually not shipped separately. You can decide in checkout whether you want one shipment or split shipments. If additional shipping costs were triggered by pre-order items, you can remove them with the checkbox in checkout and your order will only be shipped once all items are in stock. This means you only get one shipment and save on shipping. The €100 free shipping threshold for free shipping within Germany still applies in this case.

Will I receive a payment reminder if I pay later?

Yes, you will receive an email 2 weeks before release with all payment details. We will send further emails if payment has not been received by release. Please also check your spam folder to make sure our emails don't get lost :)

Is my pre-order guaranteed even if I pay later?

Your order is guaranteed even if you haven't paid yet. If payment is not received by release, the stock may be released again (we send several payment reminders 2 weeks before release). You will still receive the quantity you ordered.

What does the pre-order deadline mean?

The pre-order deadline is only an indication that the product may disappear from the shop at any time. As long as you have placed and paid for your order, your quantity is secured. Your ordered quantity is secured even if the product is no longer in the shop.
