Can I get split shipments?
In-stock items are shipped separately, while all individual pre-order items are shipped after their release. Small items such as snacks, single cards, or our free Waifu Deck are usually not shipped separately.
Can I get a shipping refund if I want all items shipped together?
Upon request, we can gladly refund the shipping costs and you can decide for yourself which products should be shipped together.
Will I be notified if a figure is delayed?
We are currently working on an automatic email notification as soon as a product has not been shipped after its release date. At the moment there are no automatic notifications.
Is my pre-order guaranteed?
Your order is guaranteed as long as you have placed and paid for it — even if the pre-order deadline has already passed. In the future we plan to offer the option to pay only shortly before release while still securing the item.
What happens if I pre-order a figure whose pre-order deadline has already expired?
You will still receive the quantity you ordered. The pre-order deadline is only an indication that the product may disappear from the shop at any time. As long as you have placed and paid for your order, your amount is secured.
A pre-order figure from my order is no longer listed or is sold out in the shop.
Your ordered quantity is still secured, even if the product is no longer available in the shop.
Can I cancel a pre-order even after 30 days?
