We ship most of our catalog EU wide and all smaller items worldwide (this includes Playmats).

All orders are being shipped directly out of Germany.

You may receive multiple shipments if the stock of certain items is not collectively available in one warehouse. However this is a rare occurance and you will be informed about any splits in your shipping confirmation e-mail(s).

You can refund any products within 30 days of purchase. In special occasions we still refund orders even after 30 days.

If we made any kind of mistake (for example sending the wrong product(s)) we will take care of any charges you may incur in the process.

Otherwise you just need to pay for the shipping costs to send back the products you would like to refund.

Yes, you can freely exchange products after 30 days of receiving them.

You may need to pay the shipping costs for the shipments that were sent out to fulfill the exchange (except if we made a mistake in your order) in addition to the cost difference of the exchanged products. You will receive a partial refund if you exchange for cheaper products.

We may need to file a report to the shipping company. Depending on the situation you will be offered a refund or a new shipment.
